Delete Your So Predictable Account

1. How to request deletion

If you can access your So Predictable account, sign in and use the in-app delete flow. On supported web builds, the public route is available at app.so-predictable.com/delete-account. If you cannot sign in or need help reaching the deletion flow, email support@so-predictable.com.

2. What happens during deletion

Account deletion is permanent. When a valid deletion request is accepted, So Predictable signs the account out and starts server-side cleanup of live account data.

That live data may include:

• Profile information and account-linked settings
• Group memberships and related app participation records
• Picks, predictions, jokers, loot, and yahtzee records
• Messages and other user-generated content linked to your account
• Notification registrations and active app-facing data associated with your account

3. What may delay or block deletion

The in-app flow may block deletion if the account still owns one or more groups. In that case, delete those groups or transfer ownership before submitting the deletion request.

4. What may be retained

Some records may remain temporarily or be retained for limited periods after a deletion request where reasonably necessary for backup integrity, security monitoring, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

5. Processing time

Deletion does not necessarily complete instantly. After the request is accepted, cleanup may continue server-side for a period of time while active systems, queues, and retention windows finish processing.
